Season 16, Episode 158 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right into discussing the Pittsburgh Steelers recently modifying their 2026 training camp schedule. We go over how a few starting practice times have been changed.

Steelers S Jalen Ramsey has been voted to the annual NFL Top-100 player list as of Friday morning so Alex and I discuss him being ranked 82nd overall. We discuss if Ramsey’s ranking is too high and we go over his 2025 season and what the expectations are for him in 2026.

Alex and I also discuss the upcoming option bonus decision that the Steelers have in August and the ways that it could impact his 2026 salary cap charge.

After thoroughly discussing Ramsey’s ranking, we talk in-depth about six more players in my annual 90-in-30 training camp preview series.

The six players Alex and I discuss are ILB Malik Harrison, CB Ahmari Harvey, RB Eli Heidenreich, S Jack Henderson, OLB Nick Herbig, and DT Cameron Heyward. As part of our discussion, we give the summer outlook for each player and the chances a few of them have at sticking in Pittsburgh once the preseason ends.

Much later in this show, Alex and I discuss his recently completed top-10 list of freakishly athletic players in Steelers history.
