Greg Dulcich Fantasy Risk vs. Reward Week 8

Greg Dulcich Fantasy Streamer Week 8

Miami Dolphins tight end Greg Dulcich is worth consideration as a Week 8 fantasy streamer after leading the team with five catches for 86 yards in Sunday’s 28-25 win over the New York Jets. It was his most productive game of the season, and he led Miami in both receptions and receiving yards.

Dulcich was also the Dolphins’ most-targeted receiver against New York, with five looks from quarterback Malik Willis. Wide receiver Caleb Douglas made the most of his opportunities, catching two passes for 70 yards and two touchdowns, but Dulcich provided a steadier presence in the passing game. He averaged 17.2 yards per catch and had a 32-yard reception.

The performance brought Dulcich’s season totals to 18 receptions for 213 yards through six games. He has yet to score a receiving touchdown. The tight end has drawn at least five targets in multiple recent appearances, including Sunday’s game, and his usage has been trending in a more encouraging direction. He also led Miami’s tight ends in offensive snaps against the Jets, playing 42 of the team’s 65 offensive snaps.

That snap share gives Dulcich a stronger foundation for a potential streaming role than a one-week spike in targets alone. Still, his production remains tied to a Miami passing offense that has spread opportunities among several players. Dulcich’s two-touchdown performance and Malik Washington’s place near the top of the team’s receiving totals remind us that Dulcich is one option in the passing game, not its clear centerpiece.

The matchup offers another opportunity for Dulcich to build on his best outing. Miami faces the New England Patriots in Week 8. A repeat of Sunday’s five-target workload would give Dulcich a reasonable chance to return useful fantasy production, particularly in leagues where managers are searching for a tight end with a growing role. His season line, however, still doesn’t show consistent scoring or elite volume.

Fantasy Impact

Greg Dulcich fantasy managers can consider a low-end stream in Week 8, especially in deeper leagues or formats that require a tight end. He is not a locked-in starter in every lineup. A sustained snap share and another game with at least five targets would strengthen his case, while a reduced role or a crowded distribution of Miami’s targets would make him a riskier play.
