2026 NFL training camp dates, locations & key storylines for all 32 teams

Training camp marks the official start of the 2026 NFL season. As of today, the league is shifting from offseason speculation to on-field work, with the first camps already underway and the rest set to open over the next week.

The defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks kicked things off with rookies reporting on July 17 and veterans joining them later on July 24 at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton, Washington. The San Francisco 49ers followed one day later, with rookies arriving July 18 and veterans on July 25 at the SAP Performance Facility in Santa Clara, California.

The Arizona Cardinals and Carolina Panthers open fully on July 22. Most teams will have veterans report between July 22 and July 28, with the 28th seeing the most starts as a large group that includes the Buffalo Bills, Denver Broncos, Houston Texans, Miami Dolphins, and many more will see their veteran arrivals on July 28.
